Jan 30th, 2021: Effexoft released its first ever free app Toolz on Salesforce platform. Toolz is now available for everyone for free of cost on Salesforce AppExchange, said Founder and CEO Prasad Kunisetty. Toolz app currently has two tools that Salesforce power users love, Data Alerts and Lookup Rollup Summaries, said Prasad.

Data Alerts is one of the tools in this App where the Salesforce users will get an alert when there is a certain pre-defined dataset exists in your org. Let's say all posted Payable Invoices in your Org must go through an approval process. But how do you know when there is a posted Payable Invoice without an approval? You need to get an email alert when that happens. Toolz will help you do that in few minutes. Data Alerts tool is used for checking the data on a scheduled basis and generate an alert email only when there is an issue.

Toolz App is completely native. Your data is not exposed to any external end point or service.

Effexoft has been using this package extensively in it's enterprise solutions and apps since 2016. This package contains few power tools every Admin/Power User would like to have. We have decided to open it up and share it with the community in 2020.

Rollups is another tool that is built based on open source Salesforce code provided by Andrew Fawcett. It is a well known tool called Declarative Rollup Summaries for Lookups (DRLS). More tools may be added to this package in the future.
